To help you use our online store service, we have come up with a selection of payment methods for you to choose from. PLease read below for methods of payment, as well as policies regarding shipping costs, duties and taxes.Online banking
(Interac e-mail money transfer)
With online banking, you can send us an Interac e-mail money transfer from any Canadian financial institution.
There will likely be a fee of $1.50 or so.
To pay for your order this way, you must:
1. Tell us in the e-mail this is how you would like to pay, and we will e-mail you back a total.
2. Log on to your online banking, and add us as a recipient with the following criteria:
* name: HG2 Clothing
* e-mail address: info@hg2clothing.com
* preferred language: English
* Security Question (to ask recipient): Type of both fuel and denim
* answer (all lower case): diesel
* Re-enter answer: diesel
NOTE: With online banking, the money is not actually sent through e-mail, it is just used to notify the recipient they can access the funds through the security of online banking.
3. Once you have HG2 as a recipient, simply type in the amount, from which account you want the money to come from, and select HG2 as the recipient. Click \"Continue\" and your online banking service will guide you through the rest.
4. Print off a copy of your transfer for your records.
5. Once we receive the Interac e-mail money transfer, we will process your order and send you an e-mail with your tracking number, so you can track your package as it makes its way to you.
All other forms of payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Money Orders. Personal cheques are not accepted. All money orders should be made payable to “HG2 Clothing Ltd. 10180 – 101 st. Suite # 120. Edmonton, Ab. T5J 3S4.” Once we have received the credit card information or money order, we will process the order.
Correspondence with our sales staff is crucial in ensuring the best fit and style for your personal taste.
To process an order, we ask that you :
1. Click the “Buy it!” button, then follow the link and proceed to send us an e-mail stating what item you are interested in, in what size and, if needed, what colour. Also, feel free to ask any questions you have about the product you are enquiring about.
2. Once we have gotten back to you, confirming that we have that specific item in stock, we will ask you (if you are using a credit card) to fax us a photocopy of your driver\'s license, and the front and back of the credit card you want us to use to process the order, with your signature also on the fax. This is to confirm identity and signature of the cardholder, and is as much for your protection as it is ours.
*Note: Our customers\' privacy is extremely important to us. Once the order is processed, the faxed information will be instantly shredded, unless you ask us to either keep it on file or mail it back to you.
Do not e-mail us your credit card information!
3. Once your payment has been received, we will send your order and send you a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number, and you will receive your goods shortly.
Shipping:
HG2 offers free shipping for any order over $200 Canadian within Canada. International shipping charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
As well, if you wish to have it delivered overnight or expedited, the difference in shipping costs will be added to your bill.
Taxes and duties:
A 6% (soon to be 5%) GST tax will be added to all orders. Alberta has no provincial tax, so you will only pay GST.
All international duty and freight charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Return policy:
If you are not happy with your purchase, feel free to return the goods in new, unworn and unused condition with all their original tags and a receipt, and we will gladly issue you a store credit or let you exchange it for another item.
Our credit notes never expire.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
Any items purchased at 40 percent off or more are considered final sale.
